Once your order is placed, our team will work to get it packed and shipped to you quicker than you can say "G'day!" 

That's why we use Australia Post, where you have the option to use standard shipping or spend an extra few $$ and it will be sent via express post (Australia wide). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a maximum of 2 days handling so that we can package your goods with the greatest attention to detail!

Shipping Internationally

We ship to 21 different countries, yew! Standard shipping (6 to 27 business days) on all international orders are sent via Australia Post International. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes payable. Shipping calculated at checkout. Yew!



We want you to be stoked with your Offshore Tales gear. But hey, we get it – sometimes things don't quite fit right or don't match your vibe. No worries, Leg! If you need to return or exchange an item, contact our team via email no more than 14 days after receiving your order. Each return is reviewed on a case by case basis. All refunds are subject to product inspection upon return. The new product or refund will be sent out as soon as the returned product has been inspected and approved by the mighty Legends at Offshore Tales HQ. 

Hold your horses, returns can take 3 - 7 business days. Please allow for another 5 business days for processing. Please note, we're not responsible for any lost items being sent our way, so hang onto your proof of postage! Once your exchange or refund has been processed, we'll give you a heads-up via email. Easy-as, right?


Faulty Items

All of our items are checked before sending, however if your item is faulty in any way, get in contact right away via Chuck in a photo to your email if you can, along with your order number and details and we will get right onto it!
